1. Acceptable Documents for Proof of Identity

To maintain platform security and comply with regulatory requirements, Deuces may request identity verification at any time. The Compliance Team reserves the right to request additional documentation as deemed necessary.

1.1 Document Submission Guidelines

To verify your identity, you must submit a clear, original photo of a valid identification document. Please note:

• Screenshots, scans, or photocopies will not be accepted.
• The document must be unaltered and fully visible in the image.
• All four edges of the ID must be included in the photo.
• Information must be clear, legible, and unobstructed.

1.2 Accepted Forms of ID:

• Passport (full page, including MRZ code)
• Driver’s License (front and back)
• Government-Issued ID Card (front and back) Each document must clearly display:
• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• A clear photo
• Expiration date

If the ID is two-sided, you must provide a photo of both sides for verification to be completed.
