The reward is issued on the 1st of each new month at 00:00 UTC.

1.2 How is the Monthly Reward Calculated?

The reward is based on the following factors:

• Wagered amount: Total wagered in the past month
• House edge: The house edge of the games you played
• Profit values: Your net profit or loss over the past month
• Current player's rewards level

1.3 Eligibility

Monthly Rewards are visible on the Rewards Page. If you do not see a reward there, you may not be eligible for that month’s reward.

1.4 When Does the Monthly Reward Expire?

You can claim your monthly reward for two weeks from when the monthly claim period starts.
